What the form collects

When you send the contact form, we receive:

• your name;
• your business, if you add it;
• your WhatsApp number;
• what you want to fix, from the choices on the form;
• your message, if you write one;
• the page you sent it from.

We don't ask for anything else, and you don't need an account.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to you about your enquiry, and to follow up on it. We don't sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

The form sends your enquiry to a private channel on Telegram, a messaging service run by a third party, Telegram Messenger. The NVSX team reads enquiries there, where the NVSX quote forms already send theirs. Telegram's own privacy policy covers how it stores messages.

The website itself passes your enquiry on and doesn't keep a copy.

WhatsApp and phone calls

If you message us on WhatsApp or call +91 88054 59545, that conversation also follows WhatsApp's terms or your phone carrier's terms. We use what you tell us the same way: to reply and follow up.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to reply and follow up.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't set cookies or use analytics today. If that changes, we'll update this page.

Your rights

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act) covers how businesses handle personal details like these. In plain terms, you can ask us:

• what details we hold about you;
• to correct them;
• to delete them;
• to stop contacting you.

To ask, use any of the ways below. Tell us the name and number you used, so we can find your enquiry.

Who to contact

Freehold by NVSX, at the NVSX workshop:
