What does it cost?
There are no set prices. We talk about what you need, then send an itemised quote for your build. Nothing about it is compulsory or monthly.
How long does it take?
It depends on what we build. Your quote includes a plan with the steps, before anything starts.
Who hosts it, and on whose accounts?
Your choice. We can set it up on accounts in your name, or run it on our hosting, and you can move it to your own accounts at any time.
What if something breaks?
Every project includes three months of free fixes and support. After that, you can take a monthly plan with us. Or, because the code is yours, any developer can work on it.
What if Freehold stops existing?
You keep working. You own the code, the data and the documents, so any developer can pick it up.
Can it work with what we already use?
Usually, yes. WhatsApp, phone lines, spreadsheets, accounting software and your website can all connect to what we build. We'll check yours in the first conversation.
Is our data safe with AI?
Your data stays in your accounts, and your team approves what the AI sends out. If you want, the AI can run on a computer in your office, so nothing leaves.
